Royal LePage Du Quartier opens its doors in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu

SAINT-JEAN-SUR-RICHELIEU, QC, Sept. 14, 2023 /CNW/ - Royal LePage Du Quartier, a real estate agency with offices in many parts of the Island of Montreal, is proud to announce the opening of its new office on Montreal's South Shore. The pre-opening was held on August 23. The official opening will take place this Wednesday, September 20, and will employ close to 40 real estate brokers.

With strong population growth, the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu region has become a major hub of real estate demand, where the agency intends to expand its services and increase its market share. The median price of a single-family home reached $489,000 in the region in the third quarter of 2023, compared with $280,000 for the same period in 2019, representing 74.6% growth in four years1.
